The Toh family is the textbook definition of the word dysfunctional. A disconnected and chauvinistic father, Richard Toh (played by Gurmit Singh), a self-involved and distant mother, Jenny Toh (played by Vernetta Lopez), a cranky and unpredictable grandfather, Ah Kong (played by Marcus Chin), and three daughters – the image conscious Robin Toh (age 14), the rugged and violent Bobbi Toh (age 12) and the youngest, Ashley Toh (age 6), who has grown so close to the maid she'll only speak Tagalog.

When Jenny decides it's time for them to start behaving like a real family, they grudgingly head to Sentosa for a big day out. But their quirks, coupled with the zany characters they meet on the island, turn things from bad to disastrous.
